This role is ideal for someone with strong clinical experience and a passion for leadership, looking to take the next step in their nursing career.As the Senior RVN, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of the nursing and auxiliary team at the branch. You'll ensure smooth clinical operations and uphold professional standards, all while fostering a supportive and collaborative environment. You'll also work closely with the wider clinical leadership team and be actively involved in the clinical workload.About the Practice: This well-established and proudly independent veterinary group operates astate-of-the-art hospitaland multiple branch practices across West Yorkshire.
