The Residential Conveyancer will be responsible for handling residential property transactions, preparing and reviewing legal documents, providing legal advice, and managing communications with clients and solicitors. Daily tasks include drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting title searches, raising enquiries coordinating with mortgage lenders, and ensuring compliance with legal standards.QualificationsStrong knowledge and expertise in Residential Conveyancing.
