This is an ideal progression step for those wanting to take their next step in broking consultancy. As a Health Consultant you will provide full consultancy services on Health Benefits to a portfolio of mid to high value customers who will predominantly be based on our online flexible benefits platform - OneHub. This will involve managing, retaining, and growing corporate customers that span multiple service lines within Healthcare, such as PMI, Dental, Cashplan, EAPs and Health Assessments. Contributing to profitable revenue growth across multiple services and the achievement of the Corporate Benefits’ team strategy, plans and targets. To build detailed knowledge of each of customer account, their health & wellbeing strategy/approach and decision makers to fully understand their aims, objectives and ambitions. Secure broking meetings, coordinating relevant product and service experts and stakeholders as required. Compile and lead high quality presentations and negotiations. Expand the level of business within existing services and expand the number of services per customer (cross sell). To ensure timely delivery of agreed services to the client in line with the Benifex project plan. This will involve working closely with Benifex Client Service Directors and Strategic Consultancy team members to deliver terms as required by the business. This may involve weekly project calls and attending and presenting at quarterly client meetings What are we looking for? Proven successful track record ofcommercial delivery and business development of Health customers Proven experience ofdelivering Health consulting advice and solutions , as well as presenting to, large corporate customers Technical proficiency:Advanced knowledge of howGroup Health products(PMI, Dental, Cashplan, EAPs and Health Assessments)IF7 qualified (or working towards it)Clear understanding ofFCAprocedures and requirementsAble to recognise and ensure delivery ofcustomer service excellence Financial / P&L management and budgetingexperience Excellentcustomer relationship building and stakeholder managementskills with ability to build a network of contacts, both internally and externally Consultative sellingskills Excellent influencing and negotiation skills Ability towork cross functionallyacross diverse teams, facilitating collaborative working to ensure delivery for customers Effective communicationskills, both verbal and written Thorough knowledge and understanding of the corporate benefits environment Even if you don't meet all of the requirements for this role, we encourage you to apply!
