Apply (by clicking the relevant button) after checking through all the related job information below.We're looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our Construction team based in Wymondham, Norfolk to work on a large Education project on the East Coast.Location: Wymondham, Norfolk - Site location is Great YarmouthContract: Permanent, Full-Time with flexible hours availableWhat will you be responsible for?As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll be working within the Commercial teamYour day to day will include:Working alongside the project delivery team, you will ensure the contractual control and cost management of projects across different sectors.Having exposure to the full project lifecycle with involvement across pre-construction through to project deliveryYou will manage the commercial aspects of subcontract accounts from procurement to interim and final account agreement and be involved with the final account negotiation to ensure the best possible outcome.What are we looking for?This role of Quantity Surveyor is great for you if you have:Experience from a similar role within the construction industryExperience on working on large schemes within the construction industryNEC or JCT form of contract experienceWe're all about finding potential here at Kier, and transferrable skills are always welcome!
