Our client is looking for a Lead Generator who thrives in strategic outreach and consultative engagement to fuel their business growth pipeline.What Youll Be Doing:Strategic Client Outreach: Proactively engage potential clients through outbound calls, initiating high-value conversations to generate new business opportunities.Consultative Selling: Educate prospects on the importance of regularly reviewing policies to ensure alignment with their evolving needs, fostering trust and credibility.Lead Qualification & Appointment Setting: Identify and qualify high-potential leads, seamlessly scheduling consultations with a senior consultant to facilitate in-depth policy reviews.Data Integrity & Client Insights: Maintain accurate and detailed client records, ensuring seamless handover of insights that enhance the consultants ability to build rapport and tailor package.Objection handling and value communication: Effectively address concerns, reinforcing the urgency and value of policy reviews to drive engagement and conversion.Youre a Great Fit If You:Have 2+ years of experience in lead generation, business development, or outbound sales within a finance settingUnderstand how to connect with senior decision-makers and initiate valuable conversations.Are skilled at asking intelligent questions, identifying pain points, and positioning tailored solutions.Are highly organized, target-driven, and familiar with CRM tools and outreach platforms.Have excellent communication skillswritten and verbaland a resilient, self-motivated attitude.What Our Client Can Offer:Salary of 24,000 plus monthly commission based on 20 per sold lead passed.Career growth opportunitiesA collaborative team environment with a winning mindsetINDLS
