Role Requirements:Must be customer-facing and comfortable working behind the scenes in a busy kitchen. Personable, presentable, and customer-facing with a good mixture of chef experience, including both quality restaurant and event catering. Ability to cook fresh from scratch is a must. Genuine interest in healthy food and sustainability. Professional chef training with excellent references. Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
