Our Cleanliness staff played an essential role in fighting the global pandemic and are responsible for cleaning all areas of the hospital site. The key purpose of the role is to provide a high-quality comprehensive cleanliness service, working to exceptionally high documented cleaning standards within Wards and Departments in a Hospital setting, including specialist cleaning duties. You will work alongside all service users and ensure that approved documented cleaning standards and frequencies are maintained, being prepared to work in any area across the Trust site. The key responsibilities include responding promptly to Barrier Cleans requests, carrying out Hydrogen Peroxide Vapour and Ultra Violet Light decontaminations (following training), completing relevant documentation, managing cleaning equipment and materials, and liaising with supervisors regarding stock levels and equipment issues.
