Early Years Teaching Assistant - Streetly I am looking for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant with a minimum of 1 year's experience to work 1-1 or with small groups of children with a range of special educational needs. Ideally, this candidate will have a strong understanding of the EYFS and a passion for providing young children with the best standards of care in a primary school setting. Responsibilities will include: Support and implement a well-structured curriculum that aligns with the Early Years Framework Supervise students on a 1:1 or small group basis Provide additional learning support as needed Engage, motivate, and encourage students to complete their work Ensure all students are focused and on track to meet their lesson objectives Assist the class teacher in managing classroom behaviour Provide feedback on students' progress and development Create an engaging and supportive learning environment that fosters social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development Collaborate with parents, guardians, and fellow educators in the children's learning journey Promote positive behaviour management techniques and establish clear boundaries Requirements: Level 3 TA qualification or a Level 6 Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field Proven experience working with children in a primary school setting Thorough understanding of the EYFS curriculum and its application in planning, teaching, and assessment Ability to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities Aspire People also offers: Paid scale for teachers £100 bonus after 10 days of work Holiday pay Flexible work opportunities in local schools Long-term and permanent roles Recommend a friend scheme earning up to £250 Support from a dedicated consultant for your assignments and CV If you are interested and meet the above requirements, please apply.
