Catalyst, on behalf of the Youth United Stockton Alliance (YUSA) Strategic Partnership, successfully secured two years of funding from the National Community Lottery Fund. YUSAis a collective of key partners who have come together to form an alliance to support the sustainability of high-quality open-access youth provision across Stockton. The YUSA Community Development Worker will be responsible for supporting and working closely with the YUSA Strategic Lead Officer to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of a 5-year strategy. The post holder will be crucial in the effective networking and partnership development across the youth sector to help with supporting the sustainability of high-quality youth provision across Stockton-on-Tees. A key element of this role will be for the post holder to undertake a comprehensive mapping exercise of what current youth provision is available across Stockton-on-Tees and what additional support services and provisions is available for children and young people to help them fulfil their ambitions.
