At SILKE London, we’re looking for a Content Executive to join our marketing team at one of the most exciting times for the brand. As seen in: Vogue, ELLE, Refinery29, Grazia, Marie-Claire, InStyle, Women's WHAT YOU’LL DO ⁃Monthly content ideation for all social platforms. ⁃Social content creation for both organic and paid platforms including, but not limited to, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest, adhering to SILKE London’s elevated look and feel. ⁃Posting and scheduling across SILKE London’s owned organic social platforms. ⁃Daily community management across SILKE London’s owned organic social platforms, responding to customer queries and comments. ⁃Supporting our Performance Marketing Manager with content needs for search platforms such as Google. ⁃Work closely with our Founders to generate ‘Founder Story’ and heritage-based content. ⁃Shortform copywriting for social platforms, adhering to SILKE’s brand tone of voice. ⁃Source and manage influencers for product gifting. ⁃Assist with sourcing UGC creators and Influencers for bespoke briefs. ⁃Planning of monthly content shoot days, including creating timelines, sourcing locations, props and briefing those in attendance. ⁃Assist with planning of new product launches, including photoshoots, launch plans and community-led activations. ⁃Provide daily insights on social trends and ensure the brand is staying reactive, jumping on trends that align with SILKE’s elevated look and feel. ⁃Support team by keeping content organised in shared folders. ⁃Support Social & Content Manager with monthly reporting and quarterly strategies. ⁃Assist on administrative tasks, such as tracking new PR features and influencer costs. ⁃Have an input into new products and direction of the brand. WHAT YOU NEED ⁃1+ years in a content-related role, with experience in community management, copywriting, and content creation. ⁃Strong understanding of social media platforms and audiences across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube and other emerging platforms ⁃Experience in ideation, creation, and execution of social campaigns or series to engage with online audiences ⁃Skills in creative content and video editing (ability to use tools such as Canva, CapCut, Photoshop) ⁃Competent in editing tools and optimising content for social media platforms using editorial, photography and video. WHO YOU ARE ⁃A highly organised individual, ready to slot into a fast-paced environment. ⁃Keen attention to detail with a high standard for the work you put out. ⁃A true creative with a talent for both creative assets and short-form copywriting. ⁃An eye for visual aesthetics and an ability to adapt to SILKE London’s look and feel and brand tone of voice. ⁃An early adopter, always in the know about the latest trends. ⁃Someone keen to make your mark and grow with a small brand. ⁃Adaptable and ready to be reactive to the fast-paced beauty industry and social media landscape.
