We are looking for an ethusiastic Healthcare Assistant to join us at the Rossendale Minor Injuries Unit. The service operates 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Hours:9 hours per average. 4 week rolling rota. Bank Shifts alsoavailable. Pay:£12.80 perhour. We provide enhancementsfor Saturdays / Sundays and BankHolidays. Main duties of the jobThe post holder will undertake a range ofclinical duties including venepuncture, ECGs, wound care, observations, andapplying plaster of paris to patients with fractures and personal care topatients. The post holder will also contribute toadministrative, reception/floorwalker and housekeeping duties within theservice location. This vacancy comeswith a degree of receptionist cover.
