Responsibilities include: Performance management and coaching line managers Managing employee relations Business partnering with key stakeholders including Partners Advise on policies and procedures Manage probation reviews Lead on projects such as wellbeing Mentoring juniors in the team Overseeing new joiners/exit interviews and recruitment HR reporting and providing analytics Job Requirements You will have previous HR experience at advisory level and have worked in the legal sector.
