We are currently seeking aSenior CRM Manager - Campaignsto work with Aurelie from our Retention Marketing team. What you will be doing The Senior CRM Manager – Campaigns oversees a team of 5 and is responsible for developing and executing our core BAU marketing and promotional strategies across email, SMS, and offline direct mail. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing performance marketing team, reporting directly to the Head of Trading & Retention Marketing for the UK, Germany & Rest of World. This position is ideal for someone with experience in strategic end-to-end email and offline campaigns, leadership skills, and the ability to coach a small team to success. The role requires a data-driven, analytical mindset to manage audience segmentation, campaign setup, and analytics within a performance-focused reporting framework. Creativity, brand affinity, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for marketing are essential to deliver relevant, efficient, and profitable campaigns, especially targeting our highly engaged Active customer segment. Required Skills and Experience Extensive experience and interest in CRM. Proven ability to manage or mentor a small team, inspiring growth and efficiency. Experience with CRM/ESP platforms (Bloomreach or similar preferred); SMS, eCommerce, and direct mail experience are advantageous. Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data, communicate insights, and optimize strategies. Ability to manage multiple projects and oversee team tasks effectively. Deep understanding of customer psychology and marketing instincts to enhance retention performance. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams. A positive, proactive, and adaptable attitude.
