About the opportunity Deliver and coordinate innovative teaching in Italian and Translation Studies across undergraduate and postgraduate levels, supervise student research projects, and contribute to curriculum development and assessment practices. Lead and participate in high-impact research initiatives locally and internationally, publish in top-tier journals, attract research funding, and foster collaborative networks within and beyond the university. Engage in university governance, support diversity and inclusion, represent the university in external partnerships and professional activities, and contribute to strategic planning and administrative duties. About you PhD in an academic field relevant to the discipline or other higher professional qualifications appropriate to their discipline. Demonstrate an emerging record of excellence in the development and delivery of curricula and the use of innovative teaching approaches, assessment and materials for units and courses. Experience in the mentoring of students (UG and PG), junior colleagues and graduates, where relevant. A strong track record of excellent research at a national level evidenced by a series of peer-reviewed journal articles published in high quality journals. Demonstrated ability to relate well to staff and students at all levels and evidence of a commitment to equity and diversity principles.
