We are proud to say that we consistently score above the national average in our staff survey results, particularly for our focus on the well-being of our workforce.And with the forward NHS vision being based on community care, there has never been a better time to join us.We are looking for a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our award winning Cardiac Rehabilitation Team.Our services are provided in a variety of locationssuch as outpatient clinics in Health Centres and GP practices and community venues such as Leisure Centres and village halls, within the Ashford, Canterbury, South Kent Coast and Thanet ICB/PCN/HCP localities.You will be delivering Occupational Therapy within theCardiac Rehabilitation service focusing on vocational rehabilitation, cognitive therapy, pacing, and self-management techniques tailored to meet individual patient needs and preferences, within an allocated area of East Kent.Additional Working Pattern: 22.5 hours per weekRated ‘outstanding’ by the CQC, we’ve got a passion for delivering high standards of patient care and excellent services to improve the health of our communities.
