Role OverviewWe are looking for a Retail Colleague (our term for Retail Assistant at Lakeland). As a Retail Colleague, you'll do more than help customers—you'll bring theatre to the retail experience with your enthusiasm. If you love our products and live them in your daily life—using our utensils at breakfast, selling them in-store, and using them at home—this role is perfect for you. We seek individuals who see the store as a stage and are eager to showcase our products' benefits. If that's you, this is your big break.
