We are seeking to appoint an outstanding colleague to join our Finance Team, providing essential support to staff, students, and parents at the academy. The successful applicant will assist the Finance Manager in developing and operating the finance function of the Academy. The Finance Assistant will play a key role in delivering high-quality, timely support to teachers, colleagues, and parents/guardians, ensuring effective and efficient administration of finance processes. What we are looking for Experience in finance and strong administrative skills Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to serve staff, parents/guardians, contractors, and external providers Organised, methodical, with high attention to detail Commitment to the school's aims and ethos Ability to work calmly under pressure in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated with effective workload management and prioritisation skills Role DetailsThis is a part-time role, 2.5 days per week (18 hours), on a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months.
