This role is pivotal within our structure, ensuring the seamless delivery of Care and Support Plans to our residents.Key Responsibilities:Deliver care and personal assistance to residents, enhancing their comfort and quality of life. Offer support and assistance to residents during the day. Prepare and serve meals; perform personal care activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Maintain cleanliness of rooms and communal areas; manage laundry. Ensure a safe living environment, adhering to safety protocols and reporting potential hazards. Administer medications as required, under appropriate supervision.
