The role: We're now looking for aLegal Counselto join ourglobal Legal teamand play a key strategic role within our fast-growingTravel Experiencesdivision. If you're a commercially minded lawyer with a knack for problem-solving and a passion for global business, this could be your next exciting move. Key responsibilities: Lead thedrafting, negotiation, and reviewof commercial contracts, including NDAs, service agreements, and tech contracts. Provide legal advice across a wide range of areas:contract law, IP, data protection , compliance, and dispute resolution. Act as atrusted advisorto internal teams—understanding products, services, and business priorities to deliver practical legal solutions. Manage legal and contractual risk acrossmultiple jurisdictions , including LATAM. Support cross-border collaboration and streamline legal processes usingContract Experience and skills needed: Legally qualified in aCommonwealth or U.S. jurisdictionwith3–5 years PQE . Proven experience independently handlingcommercial contracts . Solid understanding ofcontract and commercial law ; experience inIP, data protection, and regulatory complianceis a plus. Ability to operate in aglobal, multi-jurisdictionalbusiness environment. Bonus points forLATAM experienceandSpanish or Portugueselanguage skills. Skills & Attributes Clear communicator who can translate legal complexity into business language. Commercially savvy with strong attention to detail and time management.
