Job Description The Employment Partner will deal with a range of responsibilities including; On boarding existing contact / clients Supporting the existing team who deal with respondent Employment work. Leading on business development and winning new work. Working as part of the national Employment UK team. Helping managing junior lawyers in the team. Collaborate with other departments to provide holistic legal solutions for clients. Stay updated on changes in employment law and provide insights to clients and colleagues. The Successful Applicant The successful Employment Partner should have: Proven expertise in employment law gained from a large regional, national or international law firm Able to bring their own work and clients across Experience in managing and mentoring a team Ideally some sector experience . Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Ties to Leeds A proactive approach to business development and client engagement.
