This clinical nurse specialist role therefore has the authority required to deliver the responsibilities and accountabilities outlined in this job description.The post holder will work collaboratively as a core member of the head and neck team, with key staff at both Winchester and Southampton Hospital, as well as in community and primary care settings where appropriate.The main duties of a Head and Neck Clinical Nurse Specialist include working collaboratively with multidisciplinary team members in oral and maxillofacial, surgical, oncology, skin, and palliative care to plan and deliver treatment plans that optimise health outcomes.Our vision is to provide outstanding care for every patient.
