Benefits: Long-term freelance work CIS Method of payment authorized Opportunity to work with a major UK developer Job description: Coordinate testing and commissioning activities with all M&E contractors including electrical, mechanical, ventilation, lift, and sprinkler systems. Manage and coordinate testing and commissioning across 2 blocks. Coordinate and assist the technical team to update testing certificates in line with the O&M manual portal (Create master). Perform quality checks on all test certificates. Chair site-level testing and commissioning meetings with contractors. Coordinate client COW and specialized commissioning engineers with subcontractors. Manage client COW inspections and coordinate issues with contractors, ensuring reports are closed. Manage cause and effect test schedules. Assist QS in obtaining relevant warranties and paperwork. Assist utility companies with queries and manage their final inspections. Ensure installations comply with drawings. Control safety, quality, and environmental activities. Requirements: Mechanical or Electrical background with minimum HND or NVQ Level 6 or similar qualification. CSCS, SSMSTS. Minimum 2 years' experience as an Assistant M&E Manager for a residential project. Randstad CPE values and promotes equality.
