Job Description/n Lead Engineer/n/n Job Description/nLead Civil and Structural Engineer /t61 Railway Station Projects /nAbout the Role /nWe are seeking a Lead Civil and Structural Engineer to lead the design and delivery of civil and structural works for railway station infrastructure projects. This is a key leadership role within our Rail business, responsible for the engineering management of station upgrades, refurbishments, access-for-all schemes, and structural assessments in line with Network Rail and industry standards. /nWorking in a hybrid capacity from our Warwick office, you will guide a team of engineers and technicians through the full projectlifecycle/t61ensuringsafe, compliant, and cost-effective civil and structural designs that support the operational and passenger needs of modern rail stations. /nKey Responsibilities /nTechnical & Design Leadership /n/nLead the civil and structural design of railway station buildings, platforms, canopies, footbridges, retaining walls, and foundations, including both new-build and refurbishment projects. /nEnsure structural integrity, durability, and compliance with railway standards (NR/L2/CIV/003, BS/EN codes, Eurocodes) and Building Regulations. /nOversee structural assessments, inspections, and temporary works designs related to live station environments. /n
