Leadership RoleWe are seeking talented individuals to assume leadership roles within our team at Co-op.As a leader, you will be part of a collaborative group that prioritizes customer satisfaction.You will lead store teams by providing guidance and support while delivering exceptional customer service and performing a variety of tasks around the store.Proactively provide friendly and thoughtful service every day, often taking ownership for managing the store and resolving challenging situations.Develop your team's capabilities through coaching and training, fostering an inclusive culture where everyone's voice is valued and respected.Ensure that the store remains safe, secure, and fully operational.Manage stock accuracy and diligence checks to enhance shopping experiences for customers.Support your manager by deputising when necessary and delivering HR processes.Lead the implementation of new products and services in your store – collaborate with your team to introduce change and encourage open and honest feedback.Build relationships and engage with your local community, supporting your manager with the delivery of the local Co-op community plan.This role would suit people who have a genuine care for the needs of customers and members, the ability to strike a balance between leading and supporting their team, great communication skills, strong organisational and problem-solving skills, a desire to learn, grow and develop leadership skills, and the flexibility to work a range of different shifts.
