This is an exciting opportunity to join the transformational programme to introduce Team Based Working (TBW) to our Sectors and EOCs.We are looking for an Associate HR Business Partner to be part of this mission for a period of 12 months (with a possibility of a 3-month extension). The vision for TBW is to create Real Teams headed by our newly created team leaders, enabling the norm to be that you are on shift with your Team Leader. We will redesign rosters for our operational staff to support this, as well as improve staff work-life balance. This initiative aims to foster a deeper culture with compassionate leadership, enhance operational performance, and deliver higher quality patient care.You will join the team at an early stage, becoming the subject matter expert on the change process, listening to employee voices, and supporting managers through this transition.If you wish to have an informal chat, please contact Anna Marsh at or Amanda Rudd at will commence in the week of 18th August 2025.The Associate HR Business Partner will report to the HR Business Partner and be embedded within a Trust business unit, operational locality, specialist service area, or as part of a specific transformation programme.
