This is an exciting opportunity to join the transformational programme to introduce Team Based Working (TBW) to our Sectors and EOCs.We are looking for an Associate HR Business Partner to be part of this mission for a period of 12 months (with a possibility of a 3-month extension). The vision for TBW is to create Real Teams headed by our newly created team leaders, enabling the norm to be that you are on shift with your Team Leader. We will redesign rosters for our operational staff to support this, as well as improve staff work-life balance.
