They’re now looking for a Senior Product Manager – someone who’s passionate about solving real customer problems, confident navigating a regulated environment, and ready to drive product decisions from inception through to delivery.What you'll bring:Significant product management experience in fast-paced, agile environments - demonstrating owning the road map, multiple feature releases etcA customer-first mindset with the ability to balance strategy and executionExperience working in regulated sectors such as financial services, fintech, marketplaces, or paymentsA hands-on approach – blending aspects of product ownership and deliveryIdeally, exposure to API-led products or platforms (nice to have, not essential)What you'll do:Shape and enhance existing products while helping define and launch new onesWork on internal tools to improve operational efficiency and customer experienceCollaborate closely with engineering, design, and senior stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutionsInfluence product strategy and help mentor and support more junior product managersContribute to a strong, inclusive product culture with clear pathways to Lead or Group Product Manager rolesThis is an environment where creativity thrives, egos are left at the door, and the work genuinely matters.
