The Role As a Midweight Graphic Designer, you’ll support the creative execution of campaigns across Performance Lab and Mind Lab Pro, helping elevate our brand identity, improve conversions, and deliver standout customer experiences. We’re looking for a conceptual thinker and problem solver with a keen eye for detail, and you thrive at the intersection of creative design and high-performing eCommerce. Your work will help shape how people perceive and interact with some of the most advanced wellness products in the world. You'll be part of a small, agile creative team where your ideas and contributions have a direct impact — not lost in layers of hierarchy. Key Responsibilities Conceptualise, develop, and execute designs for both print and digital. Design engaging, performance-driven creatives across paid social, landing pages, emails, organic social and blog content. Create print-ready artwork for packaging and marketing assets. Work closely with the Head of Creative, contributing to the development of creative strategies and providing design input to achieve marketing objectives. Collaborate with marketing teams, copywriters, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive design solutions. Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, introducing fresh, compelling visual thinking while staying true to the brand’s essence. Contribute to A/B testing by designing multiple creative variants and analysing performance data with marketing leads. Managing multiple design projects simultaneously, from briefing to completion, while meeting deadlines. Skills & Experience 3–5 years of graphic design experience, ideally within a health, wellness, or DTC brand. Strong understanding of design principles (typography, layout, colour theory, etc.) Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, within a fast-paced environment. Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator Experience working in Figma. Experience designing for paid ads, social media, and email marketing is essential. Understanding of conversion-focused design CRO principles. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a hybrid team environment. Highly detail-oriented, ensuring design consistency and accuracy from concept to delivery. Nice to Have Motion graphics, animation or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro). Experience with 3D software (Blender) A passion for biohacking, mental performance, or wellness.
