Planning & Stock Coordinator | Fresh Produce | KentLooking for your next step in planning within a fast-paced food production environment?We're working with a well-established, high-volume fresh produce business supplying top-tier UK retailers. They're looking for a confident, proactive and organised individual to take ownership of planning and stock coordination across their 7-day site operation in Kent.If you thrive in dynamic settings where each day brings new challenges and where you can make a real operational impact this could be your next move.What You'll Be Doing:Building and managing daily production plans aligned with customer orders and factory capacitySupporting medium and long-term planning strategiesActing as a key point of contact for customers and internal stakeholdersDriving stock accuracy through ERP systemsCollaborating with Packhouse, Warehouse, Commercial, and Technical teamsUsing KPIs to identify areas for improvement and increase efficiencyProviding 1-in-3 weekend cover (with time off in lieu)What You'll Need:Experience in a Fresh Produce, FMCG or Chilled Food Manufacturing environmentStrong communication skills and ability to manage time-sensitive demandsComfortable with ERP systems and confident making data-led decisionsCommercial awareness and a solutions-focused mindsetThe ability to work cross-functionally in a busy environmentWhat's on Offer:£35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience23 days holiday + 8 bank holidays (flexible)High visibility within the business and senior leadership exposureCollaborative culture where you can shape planning processes and strategyInterested or know someone who might be?
