We are looking for someone who is eager to leave their mark on the world and values working in a tight-knit team with the best clients in the digital asset industry.We operate fully remotely, so the successful candidate must be a self-motivated self-starter. If this sounds like you, and you want to build the future, there’s no better place to be.Key Responsibilities:Support the team with the creation of client deliverables, including GTM strategy decks, investor sales materials, business development prep documents, event reports, and other ad hoc tasks.Support our clients across a range of business development functions, from digital marketing campaigns, relationship management, event representation, and more.Help with planning, logistics, and research for events we both host and attend.Assist with operational tasks such as process improvement initiatives, data management, CRM management, and administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Help with the execution of our yearly Digital Finance Forum which includes securing sponsorship, logistical planning, relationship management with vendors, and hosting duties.Lead select client communication and tasks when needed.Qualifications:BA / BS degree or equivalent1+ years of experience in a business-strategy role (management consulting, hedge fund, banking, operations at a start-up, etc.)Basic understanding and interest of the crypto/web3/blockchain industryOutstanding executive-level verbal and written communication skillsStrong organization, project and time management skills Ability to plan and prioritize workload; ability to multitask and meet deadlinesPassion for solving complex problems, and building scalable processesComfort working in a high growth, constantly changing environmentNice to haves:Experience self-starting your own initiative (company, club, community, etc.)Experience working at or on a crypto-focused company or protocol, or at a crypto exchangeExperience leading client facing projectsExperience doing graphic designMBA or advanced degree
