We aim to empower tech talents to navigate relocation more clearly and affordably. Role DescriptionWe are seeking a registered IAA Level 1 or 2 adviser to join Globarman as our Principal Immigration Adviser (Consultant). This is a paid, flexible engagement designed as a long-term partnership (not full-time employment), ideal for advisers who want to focus on regulated advice without admin, marketing, or sales overhead.ResponsibilitiesServe as the named registered adviser under Globarman’s IAA organisational licence.Provide regulated UK immigration advice to clients (individuals and employers)Sign off on immigration casework and ensure compliance with IAA regulations.Optionally supervise a trainee adviser on their path to registration.Participate in internal compliance and quality review processes (light-touch)Ideal CandidateIAA-registered at Level 1 or 2 (active registration required)Demonstrated experience advising clients under IAA or OISC regulationsStrong knowledge of some or all of the following: Global Talent visa routes, Innovator Founder visa and related business endorsement processes, Skilled Worker visa rules and eligibility requirements, Sponsor licence applications and SMS (Sponsor Management System) usage, Employer compliance obligations and audit preparation, etcStrong attention to detail and commitment to ethical practiceComfortable using digital tools (CRM, case systems, video calls)Open to collaboration and aligned with a startup’s flexible, high-trust approachCompesationHybrid model: Monthly retainer + revenue share (negotiable)Globarman covers all IAA registration, CPD, and audit-related costsPaid supervision available for trainee support (if applicable)Remote-first role with work-life balance arrangement and full autonomyWhat we offerNo need to manage marketing, admin, or compliance aloneAll client acquisition, systems, and operations are handled by GlobarmanBrand-safe, low-friction environment where you can focus on adviceOpportunity to shape the future of AI-driven immigration supportInterested?If this sounds like a fit, let’s talk.
