Our mission is to enable organisations to uplift their people and drive high-performing, fair workplaces across the world.Role OverviewWe’re hiring a UK-based Pay Equity & Transparency Consultant to support Trusaic’s most important global clients. You’ll work directly with enterprise organisations, advising on pay equity analysis, global reporting requirements, and compliance with evolving regulations, including the EU Pay Transparency Directive.This is a client-facing consulting role involving statistical analysis, regulatory advisory, and close collaboration with cross-functional internal teams. Occasional travel within Europe or the U.S. may be required (fully expensed).ResponsibilitiesAdvise global clients on pay transparency compliance, including EU directive readiness.Guide pay equity analyses from data prep to result interpretation and remediation strategy.Help clients maximise the value of Trusaic’s compliance tools and analytics.Build strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders.Lead virtual and in-person client meetings.Prepare regulatory filings and reporting submissions.Partner with Implementation Managers and support software onboarding.Share insights and client feedback to enhance our software and product strategy.Deliver presentations to clients and internal leadership.Skills & Experience Required5+ years in pay equity, compensation, or regulatory compliance consultingExpertise in statistics or econometrics (especially linear regression)Proficient in R or Python for statistical modellingStrong understanding of U.S. and EU pay equity lawsFamiliarity with HR, payroll, and compensation systemsClear communicator across technical and non-technical audiencesStrong attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive dataAble to manage complex work independently and juggle multiple projectsProficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and WordNice to HaveAdvanced degree in Economics, I/O Psychology, Statistics, or a related fieldExperience working with enterprise or multinational organisationsCompensation & BenefitsBase salary: £78,000 – £96,000 (GBP), depending on experienceEquity: Share options aligned with company successPrivate Medical Insurance: Comprehensive health coveragePension Scheme: Employer contributions in line with UK requirementsHolidays: 25 days’ holiday + UK public holidaysRemote Work Support: Home office equipment provided as neededEqual Opportunities StatementWe are an equal opportunities employer and committed to fostering an inclusive workplace.
