As a business we not only invest in technology and tools, we invest in the people to use these tools.The Research Associate will play a pivotal role in Meraki Talent’s operations by driving market intelligence and supporting strategic talent acquisition and business development initiatives. This individual will conduct comprehensive client and competitor market mapping, manage candidate sourcing for allocated assignments and ensure the effective management of our CRM and database systems to enhance the efficiency of the Directors and the broader team.Market MappingConduct market research using a variety of tools to identify target customers and points of contact across market specialismsBuild folders within the CRM to allow for efficient outreach from Directors/ConsultantsBuild and maintain market mapsResourcing and Talent AcquisitionIdentify, engage, and qualify high-calibre candidates for active and pipeline rolesProvide shortlists of pre-screened candidates for ongoing assignmentsUtilise advanced sourcing techniques, including logic-driven searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other tools, to maximise candidate reachStay on top of the candidate database, ensuring profiles are distributed to consultantsBusiness Development Support Collaborate with Senior Management to identify potential clients, sectors, and geographies where we can development new businessUtilise market insight to recommend an approach for client acquisitionKey Account DevelopmentIdentify ways to deepen our relationship with the existing client base, either through functional or geographical diversificationCRM and Database ManagementHelp drive discipline with consultants on coding and the use of folders to segment candidates for more efficient talent sourcingHelp build and maintain client record cards for key clientsMarket IntelligenceHorizon scanning for new market entrants, senior talent movements, competitor analysis and interesting developments within our clients and target clients.We are seeking someone with strong organisational, technical and research skills that also has excellent communications skills. Some who has an aptitude for data, an excellent attention to detail and an appetite to learn.
