Property Manager, South BucksLocation: HybridSalary: £65,000 + Car AllowanceAbout the Role We are recruiting on behalf of a global car wash business for a Property Manager to manage their property estate across the UK and Europe region. This is a key role, responsible for ensuring the effective management of the property portfolio in line with budget, legal compliance, and operational needs. Reporting directly to the Commercial and Property Director, this position is both strategic and hands-on.The successful candidate will own relationships with landlords and councils, oversee leases and planning permissions, and support internal teams across the business.Key responsibilitiesBusiness rates managementRent reviews and lease renewalsLease negotiations and terminationsManaging landlord relationships and lease complianceSale and leaseback arrangements, land disposalsResponding to and managing council and planning noticesPlanning permissions and complianceAnnual property budget management (rates and rent)Maintaining property records and monthly reportingManaging desktop portfolio valuationsWorking with external surveyors and advisorsSupporting country and regional managers on property mattersAssisting engineering teams with on-site maintenance queriesDay-to-day support for the Commercial and Property DirectorAttending team meetings at the High Wycombe office when requiredGeneral property and estate management duties as neededExperience and Skills:Proven experience in commercial property management rolesExtensive experience in lease/rent negotiationsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and WordAttributes:Excellent negotiation and communication skillsExceptional commercial focusStrong interpersonal skills and relationship builderSelf-motivated and proactiveMust be able to commute to South Bucks office regularlyQualifications:Full UK driving licence (essential)RICS accreditation preferred but not essential
