Compliance and Advice OfficerJoin a collaborative and trusted Compliance team that partners closely with business stakeholders to guide regulatory direction and foster a culture of integrity. In this hybrid role, you’ll bring both technical know-how and sound judgment to a varied compliance position, supporting both internal initiatives and external client-facing activity.Role Overview:Location: Bath (hybrid working)Package: Competitive salary + excellent benefits + ongoing trainingIndustry: Financial Services / InvestmentsWhat You’ll Be Doing:Supporting stakeholders on regulatory policies, procedures, and process guidanceAdvising on how regulatory changes impact client journeys, from onboarding to implementationHelping shape and maintain internal SOPs in response to evolving regulationsProviding compliance insight across risk reviews, breach management, and remediation projectsHandling regulatory queries from teams across the business and liaising with clients as neededMonitoring industry developments to ensure the business remains compliant and ahead of changeWorking with senior leaders to report on compliance status, issues, and recommendationsContributing to the design and delivery of compliance training and awareness initiativesSupporting audits and reviews, identifying risks, and contributing to continuous improvementManaging documentation of all compliance decisions and advisory activityMain Skills Needed:Strong knowledge of Pensions, Retail Investments, and FCA regulationsHands-on experience interpreting regulations and updating policies and SOPs accordinglySkilled in stakeholder engagement and comfortable advising at all levelsFamiliarity with Consumer Duty and related compliance obligationsWorking understanding of ISAs, pensions, and investment productsClear communicator with strong attention to detail and analytical abilityWhat’s in It for You:Join a well-regarded compliance team at the heart of a growing financial services businessFlex your advisory skills across a mix of projects, BAU, and client interactionsHybrid working and flexibility to suit your lifestyleContinuous learning, with investment in your development and trainingInclusive and ethical culture with a strong emphasis on collaborationIf you bring the spark, we’ll give you the platform.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
