This is a newly created role, designed to strengthen our bid capability and support our growth ambitions. Working alongside the Head of Contracts & Frameworks, who already manages a significant portfolio of existing business.With a solid bid library and data resources already in place, you’ll have the tools you need from day one, but the freedom to make your mark. Streamlining processes, elevating content, and spotting opportunities to approach things differently.This is a role for someone who’s as comfortable organising people and processes as they are producing clear, persuasive written responses.What You’ll Be DoingCo-ordinating Bids: Run bid/no-bid meetings, manage timelines, liaise with SMEs, and ensure submissions are polished and compliant well ahead of deadlines.Writing & Shaping Content: Craft high-quality, concise responses that align with scoring criteria and tell our story effectively.Leveraging Data: Use market research and analytics (via Power BI and Excel) to inform strategies and strengthen responses.Process Improvement: Maintain and develop our bid library, create “how-to” guides, and capture lessons learned.Collaboration: Work closely with the Commercial Director, Head of Contracts & Frameworks, and wider teams to maximise bid success.Compliance & Reporting: Keep contractual obligations documented and up to date, and produce clear reports on performance and progress.What We’re Looking ForExperience: Around 3–5 years in a bid writing/co-ordination or similar process-driven roleSkills: Strong writing ability, attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and a structured, analytical approach.Mindset: Curious, collaborative, resilient, and open to feedback - able to see challenges from different angles.Tech: Confident with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Power BI experience is a bonus (training available).Why Join Us?Stability & Growth: Be part of a respected business with a long track record and ambitious growth plans.Supportive Culture: A people-first approach with genuine interest in personal development and success.No Politics, Just Energy: A collaborative, positive environment that treats people like grown-ups.Hybrid Working: Minimum two days a week in our central Worcester office.Salary: Up to £40kSound like you?
