You will be responsible for ensuring delivery of good outcomes and ensuring our clients are put first in all that we do.Key Responsibilities as our Client Services Executive will include:Client Liaison & Servicing – Acting as the first point of contact for client queries. Provide excellent customer service to maintain strong relationships with adviser, client and support staff across all areas of the businessRelationship Management – Work with advisers to ensure all clients requests are dealt with from start to finish in a timely manner, ensuring clear and concise communication though-out. Hold regular 1:1 meeting with advisers to set clear workflow priorities.
