HR Transition Manager - 12 month Fixed Term ContractRemote with some UK travel£60,000 - £80,000Middlemore are currently working with a global professional services business who are undergoing a period of significant change, as they transition to a new HR target operating model. We are looking for an experienced HR Change Specialist to play a pivotal role in reshaping the HR function. In this role, you’ll lead the transition of HR services from our Business Units into a centralised Shared Services Centre and Centres of Excellence, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and risk-managed migration aligned with our new HR operating model.What You’ll Do:Partner with senior HR leaders to assess and transition HR processesLead knowledge transfer, documentation, and training initiativesBuild and maintain detailed transition and risk management plansSupport change management and stakeholder engagementMonitor and report progress, escalating risks where necessaryWhat You Bring:Proven experience in HR transformation or shared services implementation within a global organisationStrong stakeholder engagement and influencing skillsHands-on expertise in process mapping and operating model designFamiliarity with HR systems and service delivery modelsProject management capabilities (Prince2, PMP, or Agile preferred)This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in driving significant change and having a lasting impact on the future of the organisation.
