This transition will be paired with significant capital improvements at their R&D site, creating an exciting and fast-paced environment for change.We are seeking a consultant to lead this cultural transformation, ensuring alignment across teams, processes, and strategic objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the company’s culture change initiative, guiding the transition from snack to food-centric operations.Collaborate with executive leadership, HR, and functional teams to define cultural values, behaviors, and practices that align with the new strategic direction.Develop and execute a comprehensive change management plan to support adoption across all levels of the organization.Partner with R&D leadership to ensure smooth integration of cultural changes with capital improvement initiatives.Facilitate workshops, trainings, and communication strategies to promote engagement and alignment.Monitor progress and measure the effectiveness of change initiatives, adjusting as needed.Provide strategic insights and recommendations to leadership throughout the transformation.QualificationsProven experience in change management or organizational culture transformation, preferably in the food and beverage industry.Strong background in leading cross-functional initiatives involving R&D, operations, and leadership teams.Familiarity with capital improvement projects and the ability to integrate cultural change with operational upgrades.Exceptional facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.Strong analytical skills with the ability to track metrics and measure success.Consulting background with demonstrated results in managing complex transformations.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, or related field (Master’s preferred).Start: SeptemberDuration: 12 weeksTime commitment: Part-time, 10-15 hours per weekLocation: Remote with occasional meetings onsiteProject ID#: 6249*This is a 1099 contract role that does not offer health benefits
