We’re on the lookout for an experienced and proactive Senior H&S Administrator to take ownership of a broad and dynamic role. Key ResponsibilitiesHealth and Safety AdministrationOversee employees scheme documentation and compliance trackingManage ECS card renewals, test bookings, and sub-contractor complianceMaintain up-to-date Health & Safety accreditations Prepare pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs) for tender submissionsArrange occupational health assessments and employee trainingControl PPE and uniform stock levels and ensure continuous supplyManage equipment calibration records and oversee fleet logisticsConduct comprehensive office inductions and H&S onboarding for new startersServe as the appointed First Aider and Mental Health First Aider for the officeQuality Assurance & ISO ComplianceMaintain ISO 9001 (Quality) and ISO 14001 (Environmental) documentationSupport and host internal and external audits, ensuring full readiness and action trackingProject Document Control & Design Team SupportSet up and manage project documentation via platforms like SharePoint and DropboxAdminister user permissions, workflows, naming conventions, and file complianceMaintain traceability of all project documents from start to finishManage and update company templates, forms, and documentation standardsWhat We’re Looking ForEssential Skills & Experience:Strong administrative background with document control experienceExcellent attention to detail and strong organisational skillsConfident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Outlook)Demonstrated knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 auditingAble to work independently, multi-task and take initiativeGreat communication skills — both written and verbalCollaborative mindset and willingness to support colleagues across functionsDesirable:Previous experience in a similar roleWhy This Role?Established employer with an excellent UK reputationDiverse role with opportunities to develop professionallyWork closely with multiple departments — be part of meaningful changeImmediate start available — hit the ground runningIn return the offer a variety of benefits including 5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays and BUPA cover Email in confidencePlease note we will require a copy of your UK rights to work to before an application can be progressed.Due to the unprecedented volume of response, we are currently receiving, regrettably we are no longer able to respond to every application individually.
