Real Estate Finance/ Lending Lawyer (InHouse/ Remote)Salary range - £60,000 to £100,000 dependant upon experience.ALS are exclusively advising a Real Estate Lending Start-Up; in the search for their first Legal hire!This business is led by personable & entrepreneurial individuals; with further backing from experienced professionals in lending and property space.They have ambitious plans for the future; and will consider those already InHouse or currently in Private Practice, seeking the transition.This is a rare opportunity to join an already successful, very promising, and well backed business - in London or on a Fully Remote arrangement.The existing workload and deal volume is very manageable - once embedded into the business, we look to build a support team around you; before the start up increase activity.We are keen to speak with entrepreneurial REF Lawyers (5PQE+) with proven experience in UK Bridge lending and/ or Property & Development finance.This is a pivotal and prioritised hire within the business; and the opportunity to join in an exciting high growth period.You’ll be responsible for;appraising bridge lending deals, coordinating workflow, drafting initial loan documentation, and liaising with stakeholders.Strong understanding of property law, lender security structures, LTV/valuation analysis, and exit‑strategy assessment.Experience on short‑term property finance deals is beneficial& wider responsibilities also.Please apply or get in touch to discuss further details.
