The ideal candidate will be instrumental in building Ctrl Alt’s tokenization platform to enhance our suite of offerings to ultimately increase the AUM of real-world assets issued by Ctrl Alt.Owning and driving the implementation of the product teams roadmapBuilding upon our existing architecture to create products and features for the different use cases and entire asset classesTranslating the business needs into high quality product specifications (e.g., flows, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria etc.) for your development team to implementEngaging in technical discussions with engineers regarding architecture and implementationRequirementsStrong desire to work in an early stage Fintech thats pushing boundaries on the global stage2+ years experience as a product manager or business analyst within a high-growth tech company or tier 1 institutionProven ability to execute changeHigh analytical and commercial awareness with the ability to conduct quantitative investigations using SQL or similar tools
