Their Manchester office is one of the highest-performing regions, having already surpassed its £3 million revenue target for the year—and now, they're growing fast.The Opportunity:This is an exciting chance to join a high-performing, close-knit team of 7 consultants in the Manchester office. The team is looking to bring in 3–4 new entry-level consultants who will start together as part of a new intake.Initially, you will be receive:Structured onboarding with a proven graduate programmeHands-on mentorship from senior leadersStart on a 180 recruitment model, transitioning into a full 360 consultant role within 3 monthsClear and accelerated progression path based on performanceWhat They're Looking For:The client is seeking driven, competitive, and coachable individuals.
