ASAP Start Recruiter Needed for 3 Month FTC! We’re working with a dynamic and growing hospitality group to help them find an experienced recruiter for an interim 3 Month FTC. The ideal candidate will be experienced in high-volume recruitment in hospitality or retail. After the initial welcome meeting at HQ, this role can be based completely remotely. Key Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruitment for management roles across front of house.Stay informed on labour legislation and ensure compliance across venues.Maintain and update job descriptions and employment documentation.Source and screen candidates across various platforms and coordinate interviews.Build relationships with colleges, recruiters, and job boards to diversify talent pipelines.Ensure recruitment aligns with company culture and values.Monitor and report on recruitment spend and budget.Stay on top of industry trends, including competitor pay and benefits.Keep ATS up to date Requirements:Proven experience in hospitality or Retail recruitment (in-house or agency).Strong knowledge of the hospitality market.Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.Experience with managing direct reports and leading recruitment strategies.Ability to juggle multiple vacancies and priorities across a busy business.Up-to-date understanding of employment law and recruitment best practices.
