As a Mortgage Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the mortgage application process while also getting involved in wider business tasks including marketing, social media, and general admin.This role would suit a proactive, organised individual who is comfortable handling both client communications and creative business support.Key Responsibilities:- Supporting Mortgage Advisors with admin tasks linked to mortgage and protection applications- Communicating with clients, lenders, solicitors, and other third parties- Preparing and checking documentation for accuracy and compliance- Updating and maintaining internal CRM systems- Managing inbound enquiries via phone and email- Assisting with the creation and scheduling of social media content- Supporting marketing campaigns, newsletters, and digital content creation- Carrying out general administrative duties to support the wider businessSkills and Qualifications:- Previous experience in a financial services is a must, 2-3 years experience- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal- Confident using digital tools and social media platforms- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines- A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learnPackage and Benefits:- £27,000 – £32,000 basic salary (depending on experience)- Full time or part time available - Fully remote!- Career development opportunities as the business grows- Training and support provided
