Main DutiesThe role will have a employee relations bias, with a real focus on developing managers to positively develop performance of their teams. The company has a great moral compass so will always look to create a positive outcome wherever possible.Coaching managersEmployee relationsGeneralist HRThe Successful CandidateThe successful candidate will be a proven HR professional that has experience of coaching and employee relations.What’s on offer?The role comes with a salary of £40,000-£45,000, a 5% bonus that consistently pays, a good pension scheme, onsite gym and restaurant and other great benefits. The role supports hybrid working but the expectation is you will be in the office the majority of the time.
