We are seeking an experienced Interim Programme Manager to lead and coordinate a major construction programme over a 12-month period. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing, maintaining, and managing complex programme schedules and must have a deep understanding of the construction lifecycle, specifically the RIBA Plan of Work stages.This role is outside IR35, offers a competitive daily rate, and requires a candidate who holds current DV clearance and is a sole UK national due to the sensitivity of the programme.Key Responsibilities:Develop, manage, and monitor comprehensive programme schedules for construction projects, aligned with the RIBA stages.Lead programme planning, coordination, and reporting across multiple workstreams.Ensure programme dependencies, risks, and milestones are clearly defined and proactively managed.Collaborate with project delivery teams, contractors, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment with delivery timelines.Provide regular updates, reporting, and risk assessments to senior leadership.Act as the central point of coordination for programme delivery and scheduling assurance.Maintain oversight of project interdependencies, identifying and mitigating potential conflicts.Required Experience & Skills:Proven track record as a Programme Manager within the construction sector.Strong working knowledge of the RIBA Plan of Work stages.Demonstrated ability to pull together and manage complex construction programmes from inception through to completion.Expertise in programme scheduling, risk management, and reporting.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Experience working in high-security or classified environments. Essential Criteria:Current and active DV (Developed Vetting) security clearance.Sole UK National – no dual nationality or other citizenships.Availability to commit to a 12-month contract
