Project Manager - Client RepresentativeWest Midlands A leading organisation that specialises in construction management consultancy within sports and leisure delivering high profile football stadiums and entertainment arenas is looking to identify a Senior/Project Manager to act as an on site client representative to monitor and manage on site activities and ensure successful delivery and performance of the project.In this high profile expansion project which involves significant investment into hospitality and leisure as well as significant construction works; you will ensure the full construction cycle of the project from stage 4 onwards to practical completion across a 3 year programme within a live environment. You will be working in a large project environment, on a complex project with multiple stakeholders, overseeing main contractors delivering the works and working with the client side Design team, QS, EA to manage progress of design, identify any risk and troubleshoot problems to ensure effective performance of the project.ResponsibilitiesDirect and oversee completion of projectDevelop plan of action including schedule, resources and work planAssess risks and establish contingency plans, and troubleshoot problemsManage work and inputs from variety of stakeholders& moreQualifications7+ years of experience in the construction or a related services industry.Background in Consultancy, Main Contractor in a Project Manager role.Project management experience on live projects from £100m+Experience on large, complicated projects with multiple stakeholdersBSc/BA in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or like degree preferredExposure to construction site characteristics; on site activity as well as exposure to construction hazards, etc.For more information please contact Ross Sowerbutts on 07525126566 for a discussion in confidence.
