We are working with a leading international law firm in London for an Associate to join their growing Construction team.The RoleThe successful candidate will join a dedicated and passionate Construction team. The candidate will engage with a variety of challenging contentious and non-contentious matters, such as real estate transactions, investment and real estate funds, landlord and tenant matters, environment and sustainability, and construction.The candidate will play a key role in advising a broad spectrum of clients on issues such as acquisitions, disposals, new leases and surrenders, licences and general management matters. The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to contribute to business development while managing client relationships.Essential Criteria:5+ years’ PQE;Strong background within a leading firm with a reputable Construction team.
