This role offers a fantastic chance to develop your career handling a wide range of property and commercial disputes, working closely with experienced colleagues and supporting a diverse client base including private individuals and SMEs.What You’ll Be DoingManaging a varied caseload of property and commercial litigation mattersHandling disputes relating to landlord and tenant possession, disrepair, service charge disputes, lease breaches, contractual claims, and shareholder disputesProviding clear and timely advice while maintaining excellent client careSupporting business development and networking efforts to contribute to department growthCollaborating closely with other departments to offer holistic client servicesWhat We’re Looking ForA qualified solicitor with 2–4 years PQE in property and/or commercial litigationProven experience acting for landlords and small business clientsStrong communication and organisational skillsClient-focused, proactive, and commercially awareAbility to manage cases independently and prioritise effectivelyValid practising certificateWhat’s on OfferSalary: £50,000 – £55,000 DOEHybrid working available after probationExcellent career progression prospects within a supportive and inclusive teamRegular internal training and development opportunities
