Texo Recruitment has an opportunity for a Senior/Recruitment Consultant to join the team at TEXO Recruitment. We are looking for an experienced recruitment professional who is self-motivated, target driven, and has experience with agency recruitment. TEXO Recruitment is based in Blyth, Northumberland, and are proud to be part of TEXO Group, founded in 2020, we are an independent recruitment firm who specialise in Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy, Infrastructure, Construction, Commercial and Welding & Fabrication sectors. The right individual will thrive in a dynamic business where all employees have input into the company strategy.Duties and ResponsibilitiesTemporary, Contract and Permanent Candidate Sourcing Registering and interviewing new candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and career goalsMatching candidates to temporary/permanent opportunities and filling existing assignmentsDeveloping strong relationships with candidates through effective networkingWriting accurate and engaging candidate profiles to actively promote to clientsCompleting relevant background checks and referencingClient Management Obtaining new clients through proactive business developmentBuilding on current relationships with existing company clients Consult with clients and guide them through the recruitment process Ensuring client management is at the forefront of all activities, maintaining a positive working relationshipMarketing and Sourcing ActivitiesConducting marketing activity to attract new candidates to register Ensuring that all data relevant to the recruitment process is accurately recorded using internal databasesSearching/sourcing for candidates via direct advertising, job boards, social media, and referralsSales and Business DevelopmentConsistently achieving personal sales targets and maximise revenueWorking within the recruitment team to achieve team monthly targets Attending relevant networking and recruitment eventsSkills, Experience & Qualifications Required 1+years’ experience within a similar Recruitment Consultant/Sales role is essential Excellent client management and negotiation skills. Proactive and positive attitude Ability to prioritise and delegate Internal, and/or external recruitment experience Full UK driving licence essential
